Drink up (aka stay hydrated) -- the studio is on the warm side, even when it's a regular (not hot/Bikram) class.

The instructors are fantastic! Go early so you can acclimate to the warm temperature. It is one of the best yoga studios I have ever been to - very nice, calm and clean.
