Wonderful experience all around. Jacqueline was able to help me describe what exactly I was looking for (I came in not knowing precisely how to explain it), and then she delivered on the shared understanding. I am always hesitant with foils because they can look so unnatural and streaky, but Jacqueline's work is amazing! These highlights look about as natural as highlights can look.

I really liked the haircut and the styling. Jacqueline was pleasant and welcoming. I did not like waiting for 35 minutes in spite of having an appointment. I also am not sure if deep conditioning means just putting on conditioner and leaving it on for 3-4 minutes and washing it off since I do that at home every time I wash my hair.
