My first facial I had was Ok but didn't feel it was anything special so my next 2 visits after that were with Orchid and they were the best facials I've ever had. Apparently Orchid is out of the country so I went to see a new gal today and although she was a very nice lady, the facial seemed awkward. She used latex gloves the whole time which sometimes didn't feel smooth over my skin when they didn't have lotion on them. It was hard for her to really perform the facial and microdermabrasion with gloves and seemed they just got in the way. If Orchid doesn't return I probably won't be retuning. The spa is nice and clean and everyone is very nice but my experience today was subpar.
