I loved the therpaist's background and qualifications and the fact that she used high quality essential oils. It enhanced the experience tremendously.

the setting is very strange - a fake castle where there are children's parties and education on safety - but the reflexology, which included some massage, and the infrared sauna were great.

The experience was just what I needed she was so personable and in tune to our needs the area was serene and I felt like I was sitting at my bestfriends house chatting.
