I really love everything about this studio. Staff is awesome. No pressure experience. No advance knowledge needed. Soft lighting. If you are new to yoga, it's simple to ease into. Just tell the instructor, they will help guide you with the simple positioning & yoga terms. Personally, I was worried about looking foolish & intimidated by not knowing what to do. No one is staring at you, they're in their own mind space of relaxation & healing. Changing/bath/studio rooms are very clean. Super calming, which is what I was looking for.
