Taking inspiration from the vibrant dishes served at French eateries, Sushi Moto's chefs plate their kosher rolls with artful precision. The restaurant’s roll repertoire includes more than 150 classic and creative vegetarian and sushi options, ranging from thin, seaweed-wrapped hosomaki rolls to oshizushi pressed sushi, accompanied by Japanese soups, noodles, and hot and cold appetizers.

When servers set the eye-catching eats atop dark wood tables, they add a splash of color to the dining room, where black leather banquettes and subtle Asian touches meld into a restrained, modern elegance. The soft sounds of instrumental Japanese music flow through the room, while behind tables, illuminated cutouts in the shape of picture frames reveal crimson rectangles of the exposed brick wall.
