The staff is very kind, welcoming and make sure to explain classes/services thoroughly. I have loved their arial yoga and salt immersion pod. I highly recommend trying both out if you have never done them.

Staff is very helpful in identifying the right class to try and start. Instructors are very patient and calm in giving instructions. They also provide modifications to accomadate the variety of levels in the class.
