I hadn't been to the studio in years, it has a very fresh, cool new vibe. I have always enjoyed the studio, but I think I kinda LOVE it now. Super friendly attendants and instructor at my 6am class. Totally loved the music and jazzy lighting- this is not your granola aunty's wind chime type of studio. I'm so far from my health and fitness goals but now I have a cool place to get it cracking!

First you need to be a local to get the deal. Like have an ID with a local address. Second it’s the 6am class only. Third the people who enforced the rules didn’t offer me to take the class even as I’m standing there unaware of all the red tape. It would have been nice if they offered to give me the class at the regular rate which they didn’t even bother to do. Weird how souls gets so polarized in their linear thinking that they forget we’re all people learning. Because of this I didn’t feel their welcome rather it was weird as the lady kept giving me rejections with her mask on. I ended up not wanting to continue our experience. Kinda shallow and rigid there with music blaring in my ears of lady Gaga! Not sure I want to come back actually.

If this could've been called yoga, I would call it the the worst yoga experience in my life. The problem is that, however, what is offered in this studio should not be called yoga. It's just some physical workout based on yoga poses, westernized to an ultimate degree. The approach these guys take goes way beyond "new age": PUSH! HARDER!
