There is a strong BO smell but its not as bad as a lot of other hot yoga studios that I have seen. Also they have LOTS of classes at convenient times that work with both student and working schedules.

I really have enjoyed my first 3 classes. After having my baby girl and a year of back issues, this class allows me to strengthen my core at my pace while pushing me at the same time. It's perfect that the class is an hour. I get a great workout without burning myself out. My body already feels the change in such a short time. Thank you

Don't park on the street before 8 PM. I got a $44 ticket (I thought the meter readers stopped at 6PM). It was my first yoga class and it was absolutely inspiring!
