The only problem I had was that the clerk wasn't sure how to handle the coupon and it took a while to complete the transaction. After an initial hesitation, he made some phone calls and found out what the procedure was so that he could take care of things for me. When all is said and done, he did what was necessary to make me a happy customer.

The mattress was everything I'd hoped it would be -- I love it! The employees were helpful and friendly. Only somewhat of a down side was having to drive out to the warehouse to pick up the mattress since they only deliver to the store one day a week (and I came the day after the delivery!) and the warehouse was kind of hard to find, in the back corner of a warehouse lot. But once I found it -- again -- the employees were very helpful and friendly -- and got the queen size mattress into the back of my car with no problems!

The staff is very helpful. Very professional, yet personable. Courteous. They were positive and cheerful, and funny. Great people to deal with. The product was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Mattress Discounters! You are terriffic!

Very nice sales people at the Gaithersburg store and quick delivery. They even took away the old mattresses for free.
