It is really hard to get in a class so make sure to book your classes early! With only 6 machines, you most likely wont get in. Its a great class though and the Body Pure mat classes are awesome too!

Definitely give it a try - my instructor was fabulous and I was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the class! I will go back for further classes. I feel more flexible even after only one class.

Arrive early for paper work and parking. Park across the street in the structure the first two hours are free.
