This place is a sanctuary where you can catch your breath. Slow flow classes are such a great way to end your days I highly recommend!

I felt so loose and relaxed afterwards. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The staff was awesome and the class was very diverse. I'm definitely happy that i the free month.

I cannot express how amazing my experience at the Yoga Shelter has been. From the friendly staff/instructors, peaceful/welcoming environment, strong soothing aroma that fills the studio. It is a small slice of calm and peace that I value in my day!
