They were scheduled from 9-12, got there at 2p.m. But Craig the owner made it right by doig stain removal, pre-treat, and scotch guarded everything at no additional cost, definitely a man of his word as far as "making things right". Will use them again and recommend for sure, place looks great, carpets look like new!!!! Dr. Michael Stovall
