Failed to appear on scheduled date and time. I had to contact them. With my OK, rescheduled to a later day. Team appeared on time that day and cleaning service was satisfactory.

I do not usually leave negative reviews, even when the service is lacking. In this case however, I felt I had no choice. I had to ask my wife if they actually came. They didn’t touch the floors. They didn’t touch the stairs. They refused to clean the shower, saying ‘we didn’t pay for soap scum cleaning’. The attached pics are from 15 minutes after the crew left. You be the judge...
