Most importantly, the job that was done was top-notch. Several spots and stains scattered about the carpet. He got them up with no trouble at all (and with no suggestion there should be an additional fee - which happens often with other rug cleaning services) He was on time, gave a courtesy call before he arrived, and was cordial and courteous the entire visit. Plus - he gives lots of helpful tips on carpet care.

David was fantastic. He came to clean my furniture, which he did perfectly, getting out all the ick that had built up over the years.
Then I used the dye part of his company to brighten my Indian and Oriental rugs...what a difference it made. He even got pet urine out of one of them.

David came to clean our carpets. He was friendly and super informative about our carpets. He was also very honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Carpets looked great after he was done. We will continue to use his services in the future.

Incredible education about Mai training my furniture and great cleaning. He even went over a difficult stain without any hesitation. I felt very comfortable in his presence. It’s hard to know what you’ll get when you book online services. Great job! Will use again.
