Elicia was awesome. The infrared sauna is a great way to get a sweat on. Great to detox and to do active recovery after intense workouts. The place is real clean and it's relaxing. There is no shower so there's that. There is plenty of towels and maybe bring some wipes. You will continue to sweat long after you get out
