I purchased this for my daughters 16th bday which happened in the midst of Covid 19. So in between then and her appt she died her hair like a purplish color. Lets just say not bad but defiantly needed to be redone once she came home from her friends. Then she sent me pics of blonder hair (which she is a natural blonde. The Stylist did an amazing job of adding blonde highlights and explaining why she needed to come back, why she needed the deep treatment. My daughter said she REALLY liked her. Her hair looks amazing (many people pay for the look she has now). She mentioned how SHE LOVED the looks of the salon.
