Their products are expensive and I like the fact that the are giving customers an opportunity to get a % off on their products.

Person at the front desk was very kind and asked me if I wanted anything to drink and I said "tea" and she said she'd be right back with it but never brought it. There was a black worm and a spider in the bathroom. My masseuse was very kind and very good. Very relaxing experience.

I wish the masseuse would have offered to use the Aveda oils or given me an option of which to use like most other Aveda massages I've had. I would have also liked to talk a bit about the hot stones afterwords, but I felt like the masseuse just wanted me out.

Jenna was delightful. I was greeted very nicely. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing!
