I absolutely loved my first experience there! The music was energizing. A good mix of Latin and contemporary. I loved the continuous movement- no stopping- which follows traditional Zumba. And I think the class is very welcoming. Right away, I met the owner and instructor. They were chatty and said we all are friendly and connect with each other, which certainly happened. I’m excited to go again!

I’ve taken a few Zumba classes at CM’s now.... and the instructors and participants make up the most welcome groups that I have ever encountered in a fitness class. I’ve taken Zumba at no fewer than 13 gyms throughout the US and even more outside of the country, and there is just so much passion and positive energy here... I cannot wait to go back!
