I bought a car from them and their after purchase customer service is great. They call me once in a while just to make sure the car is good and if there are any questions or anything they can do for me. When I go in for service and have them check out little things they never try to upsell me on costly repairs.

I own a 2005 Prius , I pulled in the Nissan service door and I went to the service reps desk. I am sure he would have greeted me if it was not so busy. Anyway, the truth is I was delightfully surprised at the attention to every detail of my questions and service I demanded. Kelin is a gem he provided service that I have never experienced. I mentioned the year and make of my car because it did not matter that I did not bring a Nissan auto. No more rambling I know you get my point amazing employee. Thank you

Excellent customer service. The service was completed faster than expected, which was a nice surprise as well.
