This was very relaxing and refreshing. Mary is careful wanting to know if I had any sore places that needed extra gentle messaging. She is very professional and friendly at the same time! She is the best.

Mary worked on my tense spots and then at the end gave me an exercise to help with relieving the tightness. It was time well spent.
