My instructor CJ was absolutely 5 Stars. Very detailed with the movements and instruction. Plus has a wonderful personality.

Highly recommend Pilates of Boca to anyone interested in pilates, yoga and strengthening their core. All staff friendly, professional and accommodating. This facility is very clean and has state of the art equipment too.

Sign up for classes early. There is limited space. Instructors are extremely knowledgable.

Have only taken 2 spinning classes but have thoroughly enjoyed them. Can't wait to try more of their classes. Small classes size is a bonus!!

I went to the Saturday yoga class and it was a great experience. Good teacher. I'm going back for more.
