Appointment started late, but was very satisfied with staff~personable and welcoming.

More timely - aesthetician was quite late for appt (30). But great otherwise.

They were great and very professional and the place was fun also.

Actually showing up for a client's appointment and returning messages and emails is important to maintain good business relationships with clients.

Customer service over the phone goes a long way.

I was at the receptionist desk for 5 minutes before I was greeted and the music was exceptionally loud. After the young girl asked me to have a seat she got on her cell phone in the waiting area and used curse word after curse word. The woman that dud my Brazilian wax was very nice but did a horrible job.

I was fairly unimpressed with my wax on Saturday. Once I was in the room I realized I had in fact been there a long time ago and the same person would be performing this service, I remembered why I had never gone back in the first place. The job was incomplete and sloppy. The aesthetician was very nice but could use a little more attention to detail.

The building & atmosphere were a little unprofessional for a 'spa'. I had to wait almost 30 minutes & the esthetician came in smelling like cigarette smoke. They (the receptionist & the esthetician) were very nice, but it was definitely not somewhere I would recommend friends to go. The esthetician did a very poor job as well.
