I've taken 6 classes so far and I LOVE this place! The instructors are all great, very friendly and helpful. It's definitely much more challenging than it looks, but I can tell I'm already so much stronger than I was in my first class. Great value and great environment

This studio takes it to a whole new level! I’m an aerial hammock instructor and recommend you take a hammock class before a silks class to get used to inversions and build up grip strength. However, don’t be intimidated - the instructor’s are incredible & will meet you wherever you are in your practice. Namaste

Today was my first class. It was nice that my instructor knew some sign language. They make aerial silks look so easy. It was a lot of work but they made it fun. It's a new skill to learn and a good workout!!

This place is truly something special . . .their aerial yoga classes are a great combination of yoga stretches and aerial arts for the beginner. A great way to both push your limits and unwind.
