I went and visited the Shao-Lin dojo and I was greeted and Eric explained the program to me answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome like I belonged there. I can’t wait to get started.

Master John is great! As are the students. I feel respected and encouraged to do my best, but never pressured. The attitude and environment is supportive and positive. The material being taught is solid. All the knowledge and opportunity is provided. It's up to the individual to apply themselves. So far, I'm getting a great workout and I feel stronger, more confident, and more able to take care of myself. I also enjoy the emphasis on both hard and soft skills - Kung-Fu and Tai Chi.
