Beautiful place. Staff was kind. Yoga was taught wonderfully. If you are a beginner you might feel intimidated, but everyone was very helpful.

The Yoga spot is a relaxing studio to get away and relieve stress! The friendly staff welcome you like an old friend and make you feel at home. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are so helpful no matter what level you are at, they always offer easier modifications to help you through your session. Love the new remodel too!
