As my first time at Sage yoga, I managed to pick the hardest class on the schedule… The instructor was very welcoming and showed options for those of us still new to practice. I look forward to trying the other practices during my 1 month unlimited!!!

I am a yoga instructor from California. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and knowledge of the instructors. They are very attentive and have many classes to suit your needs. The studio is friendly and very welcoming. (Clean too) I will be a permanent member there for sure!

Loving the unlimited classes so far. I especially love the Yin-licious class. I wish they had more Saturday and Sunday classes.
