About Studio C

Studio C is the place to go for fresh-baked goods and locally roasted ShaakWave Coffee. ShaakWave was founded by Mike Shaak, who has a love for coffee, comes from a chemistry background, and also happens to be blind. He has found that his refined senses of taste and smell are integral to brewing a good cup of joe with beans sourced from all over the world. Thanks to the assistance of his partner, Susan Patterson, a roster of coffee drinks, including lattes and cappuccino, can be enjoyed alongside a danish, cookies, or muffin.
