Ali is very knowledable, easy to work with and caring. Within the first session I noticed a change. I came to her with lower back and hip pain. With her guidance and the session, the pain level has lowered considerably. I plan to continue working with her.

I had a great session! I felt such a difference in my posture and my knee by the end of only 90 minutes. It was incredible to see. Ali was great at describing what she was doing when asked, and adjusted pressure as I needed
