Prepare for relaxation by giving yourself plenty of time to arrive for your appointment and avoiding stress of being late. The location was hard to find using GPS and Google. It's best located by looking up 175 Main Street, which is next door. This is a full body massage with fairly gentle, but effective, touch. Anne Marie is wonderful.

It was difficult to book a session (she kept changing the time) and I didn't think her massage skills were great...she didn't ask if she should go harder or softer as most massage therapists that I've seen before do.
