Dave is the nicest guy! Very friendly and professional. He is also the person that you see on the website, which is nice. He is very informative and took the time to explain the different things he was doing and also how to care for carpet in the future as well. He also has great pricing! I would definitely use his services again and have already shared my great experience w/friends! Thanks Dave!

I love All Star Carpet Cleaning! I used them for carpet cleaning in 3 bedrooms. The white carpets were heavily soiled. They powercleaned and steam cleaned. The end result was amazing! My carpets looked really good. Friendly person too.

Terrible experience- I was told there would be a $10 fee for coming to Bellevue - the day of the cleaning, they called and changed it to $24. The guy told my husband (I was at work) he HAD to do a pre treatment spray, that was what they always did,and then charged us $80 for it. That was nowhere in the "fine print" Pure bull...NEVER use this company!!
