Kat is wonderful!

I think this is definately more of a spa/nutrition place than a workout studio. I loved that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I would return if I ever live in the area again.

Not very impressed by the service i purchased. Not even worth 30 in my opinion let alone the 80 dollars they usually charge. Crazy!

They were 20 min late for my appointment, the wrap as cheap quality and I had a horrible reaction to it. I would definitely not recommend.

Make the wrap rooms soundproof. It is stressful to hear the machines and people talking in other rooms.
