They are really good about telling you if they have the part necessary to fix your device. I'd call ahead and make sure they have what is necessary and to get an estimate of how long it will take to fix your device. On an easy day, less than an hour, and if they are busy, you might have to come back. Great experience.

Definitely doesn't take 20 minutes as advertised. I was however able to have my iPad back within a day.

Very Friendly. Had to wait an hour and a half but, had a great lunch with my wife. Tons of stores around to shop. First trip to Boulder and was an adventure.

They take devices for repair on a first come, first served basis, so don't expect them to instantly go to work on your device. That said, they did a fantastic job on my device and even did more than I expected them to. Their repairs come with a limited warranty as well, so you will be happy with the results! I felt that the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to get my device done the day I brought it in, and to get it looking much better than it did when I brought it in. The new screen is beautiful, and he even cleaned up the rest of the case a bit as well, which was an unexpected bonus.

The technicians were very courteous and knowledgable. They pointed out easy fixes to problems that I didn't know how to try myself, making it less expensive to solve my IPad problem.
