My first day today. The instructor was super nice! After the class, some of the members came up to me to ask how I enjoyed my first class. This was great because I was expecting everyone to just bolt out the door and carry on with their day. I was not just a body taking up space. Totally looking forward to my next class.

Bring a bottle of water, a smile, a great attitude and take your time! It's a HARD workout and it's easy to over-do it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming, and helpful! I can't wait to go back!
