About Three in One Yoga

The word yoga finds its origins in the Sankskrit word "yuj," meaning to yolk or bring together. That philosophy drives the practitioners at Three in One Yoga, who take the name of their business from their desire to unite mind, body, and spirit. To do so, they take a broad view of yogic traditions, combining the modern amenity of heated room with the older tradition of vinyasa yoga. While combining breath and movement to flow through postures, they group meditates on a particular subject, sometimes secularly chosen from yogic philosophy, or sometimes embodied by a passage of biblical scripture shared at the beginning of class.
