This is a fantastic deal to experience this awesome Barre studio gym. I can not tell you how much I love the classes and the one on one attention. Definitely a solid deal!

I took my first class at Sphericality and it was great! The instructor was so knowledgeable and motivating and clearly showed how to do everything. She even helped make suggestions during the class so each person was doing the exercise correctly. It was just the right amount of challenge. I'm looking forward to my next class!

It's a workout environment that is not intimidating. The instructors always offer modifications to exercise routines for the new exercise enthusiast or even the more advanced. The women that come to Sphericality are all so friendly and encouraging. It is a community of women who want to better themselves inside and out. I highly encourage women to give it a try. You will want to keep coming back, because you feel so good about yourself.

The beginnger Barre class with Laura was better than a visit to the chiropractor! Also I did not realize the different floors on the building and it would have helped to have an understanding of the facilities offered. I figured it out but am I missing anything?!

Love the yogalates class!!! Martha is an excellent yoga instructor. She makes the class fun & something i look forward to each week to release my stress from work!!!!
