The staff was very, very friendly and informative. Also, the atmosphere was very comfortable. The Zoom! Teeth Whitening is about an hour and half procedure but I was relaxed the entire time and started to feel like I was in a spa throughout the procedure - they have a TV by the chair and play an interesting, relaxing movie with relaxing music.
