Since the coupon said "change of polish", I assumed it meant removal of old and application of new polish. However, being charged $5.00 extra to have my old polish removed didn't seem like what was actually being advertised. The work that was done was very good but the extra charge made the experience a little less so.

Reservations are at the whim of those who are already ahead of you as walk-ins, so I wasn't helped until 45 min after my appointment. But they did a good job.
