The whole time, he kept trying to add additional charges. Extra for long hair. Extra for thick hair (I have thin hair). Etc. It was non-stop trying to make me pay more than the Groupon price. I suspect he would say there's an extra charge for whatever kind of hair you have. I argued about some of the extra charges, and when I did, he was visibly angry. He was clearly angry at the idea of someone paying the price offered on Groupon, but if he wasn't willing to honor that price, then he shouldn't have offered it. He also tacked on $10 taxes. Plus he charged me for the whole thing and I only realized when I got home that I had already paid on Groupon. So I paid twice, and I suspect he realized he wasn't supposed to charge me.

He did a good job, but expect lots of add ons and extra prices. He even charged $10 in taxes. Clearly $10 even is not the actual tax. Personally I really didn’t like feeling hustled.

They charged extra 200$ for my partial balayage even if I bought the tickets for that from groupon .. there is no discount at groupon!!! Don’t buy it

Despite some miscommunication with Groupon and the merchant, they honored my appointment and did a great job. I am very happy with the partial highlights and and the service overall with the business. Have been looking for my new spot in the neighborhood after moving during COVID and have definitely found it.

I just got my hair highlighted by Bella at the Studio Diva. I love it!!! Bella listened what I want and delivered it! They use quality products. My hair feels great!Excellent service! I recommend this place.

No good for ombre. Also, Michael has an attitude towards clients with Groupons and warns them right off the bat that he's only doing the top of their head. My ombre is barely visible and most importantly, I felt so uncomfortable I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They were all hovering over me, speaking Russian. Michael opened the door when it was cold and rainy as I was sitting next to it in just a t-shirt and with wet hair. Long story short, I did not find a new hairdresser today.
