I do wonder if the equipments get wiped down with sanitizers or not. It just feels cleaner if they are.

My nail technician was really great but I was thoroughly unimpressed by waiting half an hour for my appt to begin. No one came by with any updates as to why I was being kept waiting. Frankly I felt forgotten about and that they didn't care about my business. I wouldn't come back unless it was for a deep discount.
