If you're going to offer services where people NEED to be hydrated you should offer them water free of charge. Or at least let them know that water is NOT included in the price of the day pass. Luckily we brought our own water, and we didn't need to shell out $5+ a piece for a bottle of Evian.

Please ensure all of your staff learn English and are ready to speak it. Same goes for Soviet- style rudeness (towel boy in particular), basic manners are crucial for business in the US.
