RowZone classes are an excellent workout. If your training for a your next race, or just trying to get a fun new workout in this is definitely a place to visit. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the classes I have taken at RowZone- I've been to Newtown Square and Manayunk. The classes are always a little different and always challenging.

Great workout. I've been to other small studios and it can be very intimidating to walk in not knowing anything. Eric made us extremely comfortable and provided a very welcoming experience. We arrived early and he gave us a tutorial before the class begin. He also walked around the whole class and made sure our form stayed on point and we were at a pace that would keep us sweating! Great experience. I'll definitely be back.
