About Gentry's MMA & Fitness

Although the word "MMA" often conjures images of brawny powerhouses or crafty mat technicians, the classes at Gentry's MMA & Fitness aren't limited to warrior only. In fact, their large schedule of classes features offerings for every member of the family.

Inside the gym, clients burn through fat in a myriad of fitness classes as martial arts practitioners roll on mats while working on their techniques. Their expert trainers teach both children and adults, helping students at every level of fitness learn to defend themselves and get fit. In kids classes, instructors equip youngsters with the tools to defend themselves against bullies, training them in jiu jitsu and muay thai as well as schooling them in life skills that result in higher self-confidence and discipline off the mat. During adult classes—jiu jitsu, muay thai, and MMA—they help clients develop correct striking, kicking, and punching bag high-fiving techniques while boosting their overall health and wellness.

In addition to traditional martial arts classes, Gentry's MMA & Fitness also schedule Fit|X classes, where high-intensity interval training improves strength and increases coordination while leaving students with leaner, meaner physiques.
