About Trail of Terror Haunted Trail

Each year, a cast of terrifying characters swarms around the Olde Sharon Schoolhouse to terrify visitors searching for a healthy dose of fear. In the Asylum, guests wander down the hallways of an abandoned mental institution. Along the way, they encounter deranged inmates as the nightmares of the previous residents come to life. For those wishing to join in the action, Trail of Terror Haunted Trail offers up Zombie Outbreak. A research and containment facility has had a devastating outbreak of the Code 6 virus, turning most of the occupants into zombies. Guests are drafted to be part of the tactical team created to deal with this outbreak and become zombie slayers themselves.

Really fun haunt. I went on Halloween night and had a blast. Great concept in Zombie Outbreak, kinda like a live action video game. Asylum was a cool trail style haunt with a nice old-school vibe. Definitely recommended by a 20 year haunted house vet!

It's not like the big haunted houses, but it was still alot of fun. The wait time could have been a little shorter considering they use the same zombies over and over again, so after a while their not scary any more, but their in your face way of getting to you was different from the others we have been to. LOVED zombie apocolypse!! we got to shoot stuff going through a maze. That was sooooo much fun they should think about doing it on a larger scale.

The trail of terror was very well done and very scary - worth the money. The Zombie Outbreak thing was fun (my husband took my 12 year old son to that) but said it was over very quickly.

It was done very well. We did this last year also. We went during the week and some of the actors weren't working and only one trail was open. We still had fun and it was scary. I would suggest going during the weekend, if you want to do both trails.
