Awesome first class...know Iā€™m going to really feel it tomorrow. I felt like I was training as Rocky Balboa did in those boxing movies...lots of non-traditional equipment, but it really works.

Rachelle and Ray are awesome. Great workout - I'm always a hot, sweaty mess when I leave - but in a good way. Love that it's never the same workout twice. No getting bored here!
