Great workouts and super friendly staff! FYI, you need to either rent or buy the gloves after your first session ($5/class to rent or $20 to buy).

The coupon redemption was easy. A quick waiver signing and I was ready to begin. They provided weighted gloves at no charge for the first class. The studio was large and clean and comfortable. The instructor was energetic, bubbly and helpful. What i was not expecting was the yoga type cool down complete with inspirational words from the instructor. Overall a fun workout!
