The cashier ladies I've felt with are not very helpful or friendly, but as far as they car washes are concerned they do a great job

The appointment process was slightly odd as a man named Victor said on the phone that I could come the following morning and ask for "Victor" since he would be there. When I got there I was informed that he was not in. The woman behind the counter begrudgingly let me drop off my car, but only after attempting to give me the run-around and the man who was receiving cars was rude. However, my car looked amazing after I picked it up. The work was very well-done, just odd staff, I guess.

workers do a good job. But lady at counter is not very pleasant or the man when I was there! Who are these owners...but they do seem of certain ethnicity at many businesses and can be a bit rude and more friendly to their own, also their relatives seem to show up and they carry on with them as if customers are being tolerated for the sake of gain. Had this happen at restaurants also.....
