I spent 5 minutes of my own time after cleaning my car with spots they had missed. It was easier to take the rags and do it myself rather than point everything out. Also, they sprayed inside without wiping leaving it to dry, and I had to clean it after.

I told them that my car locks automatically and then end up locked my keys inside. I got home and noticed a dent in my car. :'(

Did a horrible job cleaning my car. There was still dirt all over my car. I had to go home and wipe down my car for 20 minutes. NO special wash, NO wax applied... like ADVERTISED!! All they did was run my car under the water and dried it off. NOBODY touched my car with a wet, soapy sponge to wash.

my voucher paid for the wax, but my car didnt get waxed because their reason was its paint faded.
