The customer service (particularly the older gentleman) was too aggressive and not very friendly, if he is the owner he should hire support to work directly with the customers. The beds were very clean but not warm enough and there were not ANY mirrors in the rooms, how can a girl get dressed without a mirror?! There was one communal mirror in the dark hallway, useless!
