Nice spa. Liked the photo for sun damage. Didn't like the heavy push to buy their products.

I do prefer a facial where the facialist stays in the room
the whole time . Twice I was left in the room while masks where working. I realize many facialist do this, but I believe the best facialist use that time to do additional massage of the hands or shoulders.

If the aesthetician plans to leave the room, it would be nice to know ahead of time how long she/he will be gone. This was not in the "briefing" and I thought I was forgotten about. A 15 minute siesta would be nice, but since the facial was longer than expected (started late and ended almost 90 minutes after my appt time), I was late to pick up my son and it only caused me to get nervous which is not the goal of a facial.
